Result of Tender Offer for CULS

APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey, announces the results of the tender offer made by the Company to holders of the Company's 3.5 per cent. convertible loan stock 2024 (the "CULS") for 100 per cent. of their holding of CULS for cash (the "Tender Offer") as set out in the circular published by the Company on 3 April 2023 (the "Circular").

80 units of CULS, representing approximately 1.33 per cent. of the Company's issued CULS, were validly tendered under the Tender Offer. 80 units CULS will therefore be purchased by the Company pursuant to the Tender Offer for £2,500 per unit of £5,000 nominal CULS (the "Tender Price") at a total cost of approximately £0.2 million.

As set out in the Circular, CULS Holders who successfully elected to tender their CULS will also be entitled to receive a final payment of interest on their CULS for the period from 1 April 2023 to 4 May 2023. It is anticipated that the proceeds payable to CULS holders who tendered CULS are held through CREST accounts will be made on 5 May 2023 and that cheques for the certificated CULS purchased under the Tender offer will be received by 12 May 2023.
