Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 14 April 2023 that, Terence Butler Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder and PDMR of OHT, sold in aggregate 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at an average price of 22.977 pence per share.

Following the sale, Terence Butler Holdings Limited's beneficial interest in the Company is 24,340,944 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.34 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
