East Imperial plc (LSE: EISB), the global purveyor of ultra-premium beverages, announces that DR. Olufunke Abimbola M.B.E. (known as Funke Abimbola), who has been with East Imperial since our IPO in July 2021, has chosen not to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is expected in June. She will therefore be retiring as a Director following the AGM.
