Blocklisting Application
H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that it has today made an application to AIM for the block listing of 137,451 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be available to satisfy the future exercises of options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's 2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP").
These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur on 17 April 2023.
