Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 4 April 2023 that on that same day, Stephen Walker, Fund Manager and person closely associated ("PCA") of Terance Butler Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder in OHT, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 16 pence per share. Following the purchase Mr Walker's holding will represent approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
