Nordic Mining ASA: Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS successfully completed tap issue

References is made to notice 4 March 2025 regarding contemplated USD 33 million

tap issue by Nordic Mining ASA's wholly owned subsidiary Engebø Rutile and

Garnet AS ("ERG").

ERG has today successfully completed the tap issue to its Engebø Rutile and

Garnet AS 12.5% Senior Secured Bonds 2022/2027 with ISIN NO0012734112 (ticker

ERUGA) priced at 101.00% of par. The total outstanding amount under the Bonds

following the tap issue is USD 133,000,000.

Clarksons Securities acted as Bookrunner for the tap issue.
