Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that, for the purposes of his personal estate planning, Stephen Newton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has transferred 11,592,807 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 490p per Ordinary Share to Fish Hoek Company Investments Limited ("Fish Hoek") (the "Transfer"). Stephen Newton is the sole holder of voting shares in, and sole director of, Fish Hoek.
