Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.3.5, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
· Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report")
· Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting on pages 150 to 156 of the Annual Report ("Notice of AGM")
· Form of proxy for the 2023 AGM
They are also available on the Treatt website at www.treatt.com/investor-relations.
The Company confirms that, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Treatt website at www.treatt.com.
Hard copies of the Annual Report were despatched on 16 December to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form and may be delayed due to the postal strike.
