Leeds Group plc announces that Mr Jörg Hemmers has informed the Board that he will step down from his position as Executive Director of the Company on 1 January 2023.  He will remain as a full time executive director of the Company's subsidiary, Hemmers-Itex Textil Import Export GmbH, and Hemmers' subsidiary, Stoff-Ideen-KMR GmbH.
