Rockpool Acquisitions Plc, the Special Purpose Acquisition Company formed to undertake the acquisition of a company or business headquartered or materially based in Northern Ireland, announces that at, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 19 December 2022 at The Merchant Room, Eagle Star House, 5-7 Upper Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6FB resolutions 1 to 7 put to shareholders were duly passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 8 was duly passed as a special resolution.
