Following the transaction Richard Last has a beneficial interest in 3,095,726 Ordinary Shares.
In addition Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Following the transaction Roger McDowell has a beneficial interest in 3,975,726 Ordinary Shares.
