Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

Gattaca plc announces that it has allotted 13,190 ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Ordinary Shares") following an exercise of options under the Company's long-term incentive plan. The newly allotted Ordinary Shares are covered by the Company's existing block listing facility.

Following the issue of Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,303,612. The Company is not holding any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure of 32,303,612 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
