ZOO Digital Group plc (LON: ZOO), a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital media services to the global entertainment industry, was informed on 9th December 2022 that on 25th November 2022, Gillian Wilmot, Chairman, sold 1,517 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 182.7501 pence per Ordinary Share.

The sale occurred as part of a probate transfer and was actioned against the instructions of Gillian Wilmot. Gillian Wilmot was informed of this sale on 9th December 2022.

Upon notification of this sale, Gillian Wilmot then purchased 1,517 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 182.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 9th December 2022
