Director / PDMR Shareholding

Further to the announcement on 19 July 2021 regarding the death of Sam Heath, its former chairman, the Company announces that probate has been granted on Mr Heath's will which includes the 455,800 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") he owned, representing approximately 18% of the Company's issued share capital. 

As a result, the Shares have been transferred into the Samuel Heath Discretionary Will Trust (the "Trust") for Mr Heath's beneficiaries. The two trustees of the Trust are Anthony Buttanshaw and Lodders Trust Corporation Ltd (the "Trustees").  Anthony Buttanshaw is a director of the Company. The Trustees have no beneficial interest in the Shares, but, due to their roles as trustee of the Trust, are deemed the joint legal holders of the Shares. 

A TR1 notification has been made both for the disposal from Sam Heath's estate, as well as the transfer to the Trust.

Separate to the Trust, Mr Buttanshaw holds 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.04% of its issued share capital.
