Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter in Africa, can confirm that its wholly owned subsidiary, Savannah Energy Investments Limited, has entered into an agreement with LEKOIL Limited (AQSE: LEK) ("LEKOIL"), which is not deemed material to Savannah. LEKOIL have referenced the agreement with Savannah in their RNS of 3.25 p.m. today (the "LEKOIL RNS").
