Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), ContourGlobal notifies the market that as at 30 November 2022 the Company's issued share capital consists of 670,712,920 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each with voting rights of which 13,420,418 shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 657,292,502.    

The above figure (657,292,502) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
