Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, was notified on 30 November 2022 that Paul Hodges, Non-Executive Director, had purchased 195,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 19.5538 pence each.
Following this transaction, Mr Hodges is interested in 851,818 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.25 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
