Majestic Corporation Plc, an emerging leader in recycling precious metals and non-ferrous metals from obsolete mechanical and industrial material, announces Mr Gianfranco Guerra has notified the Board that he will step down as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect to focus on other professional commitments.
Peter Lai, Chief Executive Director, said:
"I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Board, to thank Gianfranco who has been a director of the Company during a key period in its development as its shares were admitted to the Aquis market in March 2022. The board has been very grateful for his insight and guidance during this time.
