EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.  Full details of the proxy votes received from shareholders prior to the AGM for each resolution are set out below.
