Trading Update

Best of the Best plc runs competitions online to win cars and other prizes.

Best of the Best PLC (LSE: BOTB), the provider of online competitions to win cars and other prizes, reports that trading for the first 6 months has been in line with market expectations for the current financial year.

Further to the announcements in September regarding the signing of a Letter of Intent with Globe Invest Limited (GIL) and their subsequent strategic investment, information sharing and negotiations are underway regarding both the Licensing and Distribution Agreement and the Marketing and Collaboration Agreement.  The Company hopes to finalise these agreements before the end of the year.

The Board looks forward to providing shareholders with a comprehensive update when it releases its interim results for the 6 months ended 31 October 2022 in late January 2023.
