Updated Results Timetable

Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, confirms that, further to the announcement of 9 November 2022, the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "2021 Accounts") and the interim accounts for the six months to 30 June 2022 (the "Interim Accounts") will be published on or before 25 November 2022.

The remainder of the expected timetable of principal events for the general meeting and proposed placing has not changed, as per the below:

Admission and dealings in the New Ordinary Shares expected to commence on AIM at or around 8.00 a.m. on 1 December
