Frontier IP (AIM: FIPP), a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, announces that, on 22 November 2022, Neil Crabb (Chief Executive Officer) transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to his self-invested personal pension ("SIPP"). Following the transfer, his beneficial interest in the Group's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.

The notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which forms part of Domestic UK Law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, is appended below.
