Director/PDMR Transactions
As contemplated at the time of the fundraising announced on 30 September 2022 ("Fundraising") the Remuneration Committee has today granted the following new options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Neil Austin, Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Denney, Chief Financial Officer, under the terms of the Xeros Technology Group plc 2020 Share Option Scheme. The exercise price is fixed at 5p per share, being the issue price of the Fundraising:

The options granted to Neil Austin are EMI share options and the options granted to Paul Denney are unapproved options. These new options will be exercisable in tranches of one third each on the first, second and third anniversaries of the award.
David Armfield, Non-Executive Director, subscribed for 242,857 Ordinary Shares in the open offer linked to the Fundraising taking his aggregate holding to 292,857 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
