Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills development partner, announces that in addition to the directors dealing announcement made earlier today, the Company have been advised of the following dealings:
· Mark Elliott, non-executive chairman has today purchased a further 80,551 ordinary shares at 9.8p and 22,000 ordinary shares at 10p.
· Alan Carroll, non-executive director, has today purchased a further 100,000 ordinary shares at 8.45p.
