Change of Company Secretary and Change in Director's Duties

Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Anita Guernari steps down as Company Secretary on 30 November 2022. 

Ryan Govender, Chief Financial Officer, takes on the additional role of Company Secretary, supported by Vanessa Myatt, Deputy Company Secretary, who will be responsible for the running of the Group Secretariat.

Tim Jones, Chairman of Treatt, commented "I have relied on Anita's wonderful wisdom and work ethic throughout my time at Treatt and I, along with all my Board colleagues, would like to take this opportunity to thank her and wish her all the very best for her future."
