Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Made.com Group plc, an unrelated business to the Company of which Patrick Lewis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is chief financial officer, announced on 9 November 2022 that its operating subsidiary Made.com Design Ltd, of which Patrick Lewis is a director, entered into administration on 8 November 2022.
