Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Nemone Wynn-Evans as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Nemone is an experienced Non-Executive and Board Director. She is currently Chair of Shepherds Friendly Society, Chair of Audit and Risk at Good Energy Group plc, and Non Executive Director of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, where she also chairs the Nominations Committee. She is also a Board Advisor at SORBUS Partners LLP. Her early career was in corporate finance at KPMG and HSBC followed by a role at the London Stock Exchange and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. The Board looks forward to welcoming Nemone's relevant and diverse expertise within the UK financial services sector to the Company.

The Board also appoints Nemone as a member the Audit Committee and will appoint her as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2023.  She will also be appointed a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Investment Committee with immediate effect. 

There are no matters which require to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
