Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 7 November 2022 it allotted 1,197,652 new Ordinary Shares of 1.00 pence each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 79.73 pence per share, subject to listing.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around 11 November 2022, trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 130,383,520 Ordinary Shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 130,383,520.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure (130,383,520) can be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
