Notice of AGM

Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 1.00pm on Wednesday 22 November 2022 at the Company's offices at 4th Floor, 10 - 11 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HG. The Notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders later today and will be available on the Company's website www.kingswood-group.com/shareholders.

The Company's articles of incorporation allow the Company to conduct general meetings by way of electronic communications systems in addition to or as an alternative to holding meetings in person. This year, as well as holding the AGM in person, shareholders are invited to a live stream of the AGM with a live Q&A facility (although not to vote by such attendance). Details will be provided to Shareholders with the notice of AGM. As always, shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy in advance of the meeting.
