New Century Aim VCT 2 plc was notified on 2nd November 2022 that Geoffrey Charles Gamble, the chairman of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) at a price of 55p per share.

Following this purchase, Geoffrey Charles Gamble holds an interest of 111,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.2% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
