Directorate Change and Posting of Annual Report

Further to the Board's stated intention at the time of the Company's last fundraising, Haydale is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Howard as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 November 2022.

Since 2013, Mr Howard has been responsible for growth and strategic development for multi award winning City Energy Network Limited where he is National Business Director. The Board are confident that his reputation and  experience within the energy and building Industries will accelerate and enhance Haydale's commercial activities in these sectors.

City Energy Network Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diversity Network Holdings Ltd, which holds 48,634,955 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.2 per cent of the Company's voting rights.

The Company confirms that copies of its 2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are being posted to shareholders today.  Copies are now available from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 26.  The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 29 November 2022, at Haydale's Head Office at Clos Fferws, Parc Hendre, Capel Hendre, Ammanford, SA18 3BL.

Commenting on the new appointment, CEO Keith Broadbent, said:

Mr Howard is a director of Enhance Energy Solutions Ltd which was put into creditors voluntary liquidation on 2 April 2018.  The liquidation remains in process though at the last statement of affairs dated 7 June 2022 the company had no secured creditors, Crown creditors totalling c£35,100 and other unsecured creditors of c£26,400.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
