Notice of Annual General Meeting

EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), announces that it has today posted to its shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2022 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting"). A copy of both documents is available on the Group's website at: https://www.ensilica.com/investors/reports-and-circulars/

The AGM will be held at on Thursday 24 November at 10.00 a.m at 100 Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4RY, UK.

The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Group's website.
