Interim Dividend

The Directors of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 1.30p per share (gross) for the year ended 30 June 2022.

Timetable for interim dividend:

Ex-dividend date:            3 November 2022

Record date:                      4 November 2022

Payment date:                  6 December 2022

Dividend per share:        1.30 pence (gross)

The Company intends to use the interest streaming regime applicable to investment trusts. This interim dividend has therefore been designated wholly as an interest distribution of "qualifying interest income" for UK tax purposes.
