Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP), the UK and Ireland market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that it was notified on 21 October 2022 that Ms Mallika Kaviratne, the spouse of Dr Stuart Quin, Chief Executive Officer of Medica, purchased a total of 59,900 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 125 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Stuart Quin is beneficially interested in 177,480 shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
