James Halsted plc (AIM: JHD), a leading manufacturer and international distributor of commercial floor coverings, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022, as well as the notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have today been posted to shareholders and are available for viewing on James Halstead's website at www.jameshalstead.com.

The Company's AGM will be held in the Platinum Suite, The University of Bolton Stadium, De Havilland Way, Bolton BL6 6SF on 1 December 2022 at 12.00pm.

At the date of this announcement, Covid-19 is still affecting people, although there are no public health restrictions in place. The situation will be continued to be monitored and the right to attend the meeting will be in accordance with the UK Government's guidance in force at the time. Any change in the arrangements for the AGM will be posted on the Company's website.
