Convertible Loan Facility Agreement and drawdown

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, announces that on 10 October 2022 a first tranche of £100,000 was drawn down on the convertible loan facility agreement provided by Richard Bernstein as announced on 12 September 2022 (the "Loan Agreement"). After this first tranche, an amount of £650,000 remains available to be drawn down under the Loan Agreement.
