Change of Auditor

Tertre Rouge Assets PLC, the special purpose acquisition company established to acquire assets and/or businesses that are in or otherwise focused on or ancillary to the collectible automobile sector, announces that it has changed its auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2023.

The Company has appointed PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2023. Sawin & Edwards LLP, the outgoing auditor, has confirmed to TRA that, in accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, there are no circumstances in relation to its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

Any proposal to re-appoint PKF Littlejohn LLP as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 will be subject to approval by TRA's shareholders at its first annual general meeting which will be held in 2023.
