Director Declaration

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that Albert Ellis, CEO of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of HRnetGroup Limited ("HRnet") with effect from 1 October 2022.

HRnet, one of the largest Asia-based recruitment agencies, which is listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, is the second largest shareholder in the Company (holding approximately 15% of the current issued share capital).

Mr Ellis has been appointed to the board of HRnet given his extensive experience in the recruitment industry. This role will not impact on the time required by Mr Ellis to fulfil his CEO position with the Company. In addition, Mr Ellis will recuse himself from any potential conflicts of interest which might arise whilst being on the board of HRnet.

Whilst this announcement is not required under the AIM Rules, the Board believes it is appropriate to notify the market of this appointment.
