Result of Annual General Meeting

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed.

A copy of the presentation from the AGM will shortly be available on the Company's website  www.kodalminerals.com. 

All votes received in relation to resolutions at the AGM will be made available to view on the Company's website www.kodalminerals.com.

Steve Zaninovich, who ceased to be a director of the Company following the AGM due to an administrative error, was immediately re-appointed as a director of the Company and will stand for re-election at the next General Meeting of the Company. Further details of Steve Zaninovich are disclosed in the announcement of his original appointment on 27 July 2022 and all details remain the same save that he is no longer a director of Canyon Resources Limited.
