Notice of dividend currency exchange rate

Wentworth (AIM: WEN), the independent, Tanzania-focused natural gas production company, announced in its interim results on 1 September 2022 an interim dividend distribution of 0.8 cents per share, converted into pounds sterling at the spot rate prevailing on 16 September 2022 and paid to the shareholders on the register at the close of business 9 September 2022 (the record date).

The interim dividend will be paid on 7 October 2022.

The Company announces that the exchange rate used to convert US dollars into pound sterling on 16 September 2022 was $1:£0.87201, and hence an interim dividend of 0.7 pence per share will be paid on 7 October 2022.
