Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Scirocco Energy (AIM: SCIR), the AIM investing company targeting attractive assets within the European sustainable energy and circular economy markets, announces that it will today be posting a Circular to Shareholders, along with accompanying Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy, associated with the general meeting requisition request pursuant to section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 received by the Company, and as announced on 2 September 2022.
