Notice of Results and Presentations for Analysts and Investors

Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management software to fleet operators, will publish its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2022 on Monday, 26 September 2022.

Analyst Presentation

There will be a Zoom webinar for equity analysts at 09:30am UK on the day of results, hosted by Nadeem Raza, CEO, and Bill Wynn, CFO. Any analysts wishing to register for the event should email microlise@secnewgate.co.uk or contact SEC Newgate on 020 3757 6880.

Investor Presentation

Additionally, the above presentation team will provide a live presentation for investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 12:00pm UK on 26 September 2022.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00 am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market.
