B90 Holdings plc (AIM: B90) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 6 were duly passed.  Resolution 7, proposed as a special resolution relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, did not achieve the required 75% of votes cast and therefore was not passed.
