The Company announces that, on 9 September 2022, it was notified that Matthew Taylor, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 18,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") over two business days (8 and 9 September) at an average price of £2.4917 each.

Following this purchase, Matthew Taylor is beneficially interested in 18,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
