Board Change

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has today appointed Conrad Bona to the Board of Directors of the Company as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1st September 2022.

Conrad is an investor, entrepreneur and consultant, who started his career as a banking and finance lawyer and has worked in Toronto, London and Tokyo. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Law degrees from the University of Edinburgh and the University of New Brunswick and qualified to practise as a lawyer in multiple jurisdictions although he has not practised law in several years.  Conrad is a partner in Wetherby Growth, an offshore fund which invests in pre-IPO companies.  He also periodically advises companies on a wide range of commercial, financial and business matters. He has both Canadian and British citizenship.  Conrad is also a Non-Executive Director of Grafenia plc.
