Peel Hunt, a leading UK investment bank, is pleased to announce that following receipt of regulatory approval, Maria Bentley has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Maria's appointment is with effect from 19 August 2022 and follows the Company's previous announcement on 4 April 2022.
