Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that, during the meeting held on 16 August 2022, the Board of Directors decided to extend the appointment of Mr. Chiriţă Alexandru-Aurelian, Romanian citizen, as interim CEO, until 31.12.2022, or until the appointment of a new CEO, respectively until the revocation, whichever occurs first, with the possibility of revoking the mandate granted at any time during the period.
