Notice of AGM

Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of fast-moving consumer products, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 have been published today on its investor website at https://investors.supreme.co.uk/.

Printed copies of the Annual Report will be posted on 19 August 2022 to all registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.

Notice of AGM

The Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Supreme plc at 4 Beacon Road, Ashburton Park, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1AF on Thursday, 15 September 2022 at 8.00 a.m.

Supreme looks forward to welcoming shareholders in person to its AGM this year, particularly given the constraints at the time of the 2021 AGM as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is intended that the directors of the Company will be present in person at the AGM.

The Notice of AGM and Proxy Form will be sent to all shareholders, and published on the Company's investor website, on 19 August 2022.
