Notice of AGM & Investor Presentation

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses with a focus on the medical cannabis, health and wellness space, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 2 p.m. (BST) on 7 September 2022 at Obsidian House, Rue D'Aval, Vale, Guernsey and virtually via Investor Meet Company (see instructions to enable participation below). The Notice of AGM and accompanying Form of Proxy will be issued to shareholders shortly and, along with the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022 which was announced on 21 July 2022, is available on the Company's website www.seedinnovations.co.

In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

In addition, Ed McDermott, CEO, Lance de Jersey, Finance Director, and Alfredo Pascual VP of Investment Analysis, will provide a live presentation at the AGM via the Investor Meet Company platform on 7 September 2022 at 2 p.m. (BST).

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
