Fintel plc, the leading independent provider of fintech and support services to the UK's retail financial services sector, is pleased to announce that it has been notified that Matt Timmins, Joint CEO of the Company has purchased 17,942 ordinary shares in the Company as listed below.

Following this transaction, Matt Timmins has an interest in 3,749,743 ordinary shares in the Company and in addition, Austin Timmins, a Close Relative owns a further 2,000 ordinary shares. These combined holdings represent 3.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
